RYK Spiritual Retreat and Training Center sits on 52.8 acres of pristine sanctuary, quiet, private, with no sound or light pollution.  The property embraces the amazing energy of the land which is surrounded by the forest, rich soil, diverse wildlife, a mystical pond and a balanced four season climate. The 3 natural springs that come together to feed the pond bring about a lot of prana filled with vitality and sacredness.

Meditate amidst the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, healing and magical, with endless crests and crowns, varying shades of soft blue, enveloped by a translucent haze.

Sacred and quiet, a short 45 minute drive northwest of Asheville where the healing arts flourish within this peaceful riverside town. Near the banks of the French Broad River, one of the oldest rivers in the world, and surrounded by ranges, it is said that the mountains here are “in a spiritual vortex with very high light and crystalline energy”.

Phase 1 – RYK will offer traditional teachings, trainings, and other programs designed to help one go deeper with their spiritual growth through providing an oasis to nurture healing, personal development and spiritual immersion onto self-discovery and enlightenment. Offerings will include weekend and long-term retreats and trainings. This will require the building of individual cabins for lodging, a meditation hall, community space and welcome center.

Phase 2 will include residential opportunities along with community development and expansion. This will require the building of 12 custom made cabins situated within the natural settings of the property. Different models and sizes available depending on the individual or family need. A great opportunity for one to live part or full time with a community of like hearted and minded souls. Living within nature, a superb mild climate, with a growing spiritual family and full access to the Spiritual Center.

RYK seeks full involvement with the spiritual community, therefore we welcome you to reach out for potential opportunities to be a part of this new home for you and the larger community. Here are some main ideas on what will be needed in the feature:

• Initial set up (help around the property, set up the house after remodeling into the temporary retreat center, gardening, cleaning, etc)
• Marketing, Social media, research, outreach, etc.
• Management (running the retreat center).
• Joining for retreats (starting in July we should offer weekend, week long retreats)
• Investment (or donation). Partnership.
• Residential (being part of the commune, having a home on the property with access to the retreat center and everything is has to offer)
