We offer a variety of morning and evening yoga and meditation classes.

You can choose from the following classes: Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, LIVE Gong Meditation, New Moon Meditation, and Full Moon Meditation. Click the class type on the schedule to read about each class.

Our yoga and meditation classes are for all levels. We recommend you wear comfortable natural (cotton, linen, etc.) white clothing, have a yoga mat, a meditation pillow.

Additionally, we are available for private yoga classes, Reiki healing sessions, spiritual life coaching, and more.

RYK offers twice daily LIVE streamed yoga and meditation classes featuring a variety of different styles and instructors, in addition to special community events and meditations.

Every day at 9am and 6pm, join us for beginner-friendly, hour-and-a-half long classes that you can follow along with comfortably at home!
