The Art of Letting Go with a Yogi workshop with Yogi Amandeep

Thursday, July 6th 2017, 7pm – 9pm, $30

The Buddha held a cup and asked “How heavy is this cup?”

Before the disciples could answer, he continued, “At first it is very light, but after ten minutes of holding it, it feels heavier. Imagine how it would feel after one hour of holding?”

The obvious answer is – Very heavy.

Now, what is the wise thing to do if something is getting very heavy, too heavy to continue. Should one hold onto it or should one let it go. The wise thing is to let it go. And yet, how many burdens are we carrying all the time?

When stress, obligations and responsibilities, become really heavy, are you wise enough to let it go. Or do you believe that you must keep struggling and keep your arms up forever?

A workshop to taste “the art of letting go”, through yogic kriyas, meditations and visualizations. To free the mind from all unnecessary burden and experience peace and tranquility in the here and now.
