We are happy to announce that RYK is now open to the community for classes and all other services on Wednesday, June 3rd! We’re excited to see your healthy, smiling faces in our classes once again. (Click here for the class schedule)

In order to ensure the health of all our students and staff, here are some of the safety precautions implemented:

• Students and staff who are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have had close contact with someone who is exhibiting these symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19 are asked to please remain at home and enjoy the live streams.
• Communal mats and blocks will no longer be available due to the difficulty around disinfecting them after each use.
  • Mats and pillows are available for purchase in our store.
• Masks may be worn, but not required.
• The studio will increase the cleaning of all high touch areas throughout the day.
• Staff will follow all outlined safety procedures and practice social distancing.
• Class sizes will be reduced to ensure 6 feet of space between students at all times.
• Walk-ins are encouraged to call prior to arrival, due to decreased class sizes:
  • Class size will be smaller than usual, following social distancing rules.
  • In order to ensure your place, in-studio classes, please register beforehand on MindBody.
  • For those unable to make it to studio classes, paid streams will be available.
• Hand sanitizer will be available at the front desk and in the studio.
  • Hand washing and limited touching of communal surfaces are encouraged.
• You will be asked to update your information with us upon your first revisit.
• Tea will no longer be served in the shop.
  • Beverages will still be available for purchase in the shop, and students are encouraged to bring their own beverages.
• Students will be asked to be mindful of social distancing in the shop before or after classes.
• Any items left behind by students in the studio will be discarded within 24 hours unless the student has called and confirmed ownership of the item and intent to retrieve it as soon as possible.

If you are uncomfortable returning to the studio just yet or are unable to make it into classes due to decreased class sizes, we will still have classes streamed online so that we can reach our students at home. For non-members, classes will be available for purchase on a session-by-session basis.  Online only membership coming soon!

We are excited to have our studio’s doors open to the community again. We will make sure that you are having the best and safest experience possible when you are with us, and we are working hard to create a permanent online solution that will allow us to be together when you are unable to make it into the studio.
