Chandra was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to a family that had been in the city since its founding in the 17^th century. After receiving a degree in Classical Studies from the University of Southern California, she fell in love with the abundant sunshine of the Southwest and moved to Las Vegas in 2001. With a long career in retail management at numerous individual store and district levels, as well as experience in running cooking schools in both Vegas and around the country, she has a passion for building deep connections with clients, and is excited to help students on their journeys of learning.

In her spare time, Chandra enjoys working in her organic garden, and cooking with all the fruits, veggies and herbs that her family grows, as well as reading and spending time outdoors. She is excited to deepen my yoga practice along with the students and staff of RYK.
