Seeking to find the root support to safety and comfort for ultimate survival amidst this life of excess. Seeking a means to stay balanced and rejuvenated for access to the maximum energy for wellness. Seeking the ultimate assistance to maintain calm and secure amidst being surrounded with chaos or uncertainty. For this I evolve toward the ancients, seeking grounded awareness and impenetrable strength to sustain in this modern age with grace, courage, wisdom, vitality, and clarity! …SEEKING KUNDALINI …

No religion, No experience, making it perfect for beginners, No age requirements, No health requirements, No body type restrictions. Kundalini is our inherent energy waiting to be ignited. Kundalini Yoga uses teachings that are thousands of years old and had been shared by the ancients using thousands of kriyas for an expansive selection of focuses for which to aim and awaken the dormant energy. It is understood that if committed to a regular practice of Kundalini Yoga, a daily sadhana recommended, improvements will be noticed in emotional energy, physical energy, and mental clarity. In Kundalini Yoga, breath, mantra, chanting, movement, postures, meditation, and lifestyle is used to harness and expand the energy. Individually you may also choose to add your own tools to personalize your practice. Ideas such as mats, blankets, sheepskin, a meditation pillow, mala, gemstone, crystals, candles, shawl, turban, white clothing, or essential oils and incense can be helpful. Benefits are known to be improvements in reduced stress, increased emotions with an expanded capacity for empathy and compassion, lower blood pressure, reduced anxiety, decreased tension, boost in the immune system, and an increase in energy, creativity, happiness, and focus! Essentially, in Kundalini Yoga practice, the work is to access the energy and then to change and alter the frequencies of that energy in an effort to shift out of habitual and unhealthy habits or thought patterns.
